Work on the platform is under way

From the client's request to a finished settlement.

Yuteki takes a job all the way: from the client's request, through the team's work, to a settlement in the model agreed with the client. Completed tasks and their estimates add up to the amount - with no retyping at the end of the month.

We will send one message when we launch. We use your address only for that and delete it whenever you ask - details in the Privacy policy.

The path of a job

Four stages, one system

Today each stage lives in a different tool, and hours and decisions get lost between them. In Yuteki a job follows one path, and at every stretch you know where it stands.

  1. 01

    Request from the client

The client describes the matter in their portal. It goes straight to the team's list, with no email for someone to miss.

  2. 02

    Task and plan

The task gets a status, a person and an estimated time. You can see who is doing what this week and whether they will make it.

  3. 03

    Measured time

The timer counts work where it happens - on the task. Every hour knows which project it belongs to.

  4. 04

    Settlement

Completed tasks and their estimates arrange themselves into a settlement in the model agreed with the client. The client sees the same breakdown as you, so there is nothing to argue about.

Around it

The rest of the work has its place too

Client portal

The client follows progress and submits requests on their side, and with the right modules approves proposals and settlements. They see their own matter, not your workshop.

Team and client chat

Team and project channels, a channel with each client and private chats, live. Any message can be turned into a task.

Files under the task

Briefs, contracts, mockups and attachments stay with the task and the project, not in someone's inbox.

AI assistant

Asks about unclear tasks, reminds about forgotten ones and proposes task drafts from conversations. It only suggests - people decide.

Questions

Before you ask

How is Yuteki different from an ordinary to-do list?
A to-do list ends with ticking a box. Yuteki takes the job further: it measures time on the task, turns it into a settlement in the model agreed with the client and shows the client the same breakdown the team sees.
Who is Yuteki for?
For teams that work for clients and count their time: marketing and creative agencies, software houses, design studios, consultancies, freelancers and B2B contractors, and startups that want tasks, chat and files in one place.
Is Yuteki free?
For a small team, yes. The free account covers 3 people and 100 MB of disk space, with tasks, kanban, time tracking, the planner, chat, the drive and roles. It does not expire and needs no card. More people need seats, and modules such as client settlements or projects are paid separately.
Can I try the paid modules before buying them?
Yes. A 14-day trial opens every module and lifts the limit of people. You start it with a button when you choose, once per workspace. When it ends, the workspace goes back to the free account with all its data.
Will the client see everything that happens in the agency?
No. The client gets their own workspace, where they see their tasks, files and settlements. They have no access to other clients' rates, the team's internal notes or employee settlements.
Which models can clients be billed in?
Hours on demand, an hour package with unused hours carried over to the next month, and a fixed monthly retainer. A settlement can be net or gross, with an instalment plan and payment due dates.
Where do the hours in a settlement come from?
A client settlement is built from the estimates of tasks assigned to a given month, and an employee settlement from the working time actually recorded. So you can see the difference between what was quoted and how much work it really took.
Is the data safe?
The connection is encrypted, passwords are stored as irreversible hashes and the content of chat messages is encrypted in the database. An account can be protected with two-factor authentication, and access to data is limited by a system of more than fifty permissions.
When will it be possible to create an account?
The platform is under construction. Leave your email address on the waiting list - we will write when registration opens. We do not send a newsletter or reminders.
