Module: Reports

Reports and dashboard

Statements of time, team utilisation and costs - saved, sent by email on a schedule and exported to CSV or XLSX.

This area comes with a module you switch on when you need it.

Agency dashboard in Yuteki: revenue of PLN 44,695, 147 hours, 80% on-time delivery, revenue and hours trend charts, tasks by status, top clients and utilisation of a six-person team.
A view from the application. The data in the example is fictitious.

Questions that come back every month

How many hours went to this client. Who was overloaded and who had slack. Which project ate more than it was worth. These are questions that take half a day to answer in a spreadsheet and one filter in Yuteki. A report you use every month is saved once and opened again with one click.

A dashboard for today, a report for the end of the month

The dashboard answers the question "what is happening now": tasks in progress, hours this week, overdue payments, matters past their deadline. Reports answer the question "how did we do". Both are calculated from the same data, so there are no two truths.
