A monthly statement of the team's working time, calculated from actual hour entries.

This area comes with a module you switch on when you need it.

A settlement from the hours actually logged

The employee statement is built from the time entries the team records on tasks - there is no second record kept on the side. Clients are billed from task estimates, so both numbers can be put side by side: how many hours clients paid for and how many the team really logged.

Employment, civil law contracts and B2B side by side

Terms are kept per person and per company: form of employment, rate, monthly limits. The rate history stays, so a raise in the middle of the year does not rewrite earlier settlements. A closed month is frozen - a paid settlement can no longer be changed quietly.
