Roles and permissions

Custom roles with a specific list of permissions, separate on the agency side and on the client side.

This area is part of the free account - free for up to 3 people and included in every paid plan.

A task in Yuteki with assignee, reviewer and observer roles, an internal note invisible to the client and the team discussion next to it.
A view from the application. The data in the example is fictitious.

Access described, not assumed

You create roles yourself and decide what they cover: who sees rates, who closes the month, who manages the team, who only handles their own tasks. Default roles are protected against accidental deletion, and module permissions are added to them automatically when a module is enabled for the company.

Several companies, one user

The same person can belong to the agency and to several client companies, with a different role in each. Switching companies switches the whole context - tasks, settlements, chat and permissions. A closed module takes away access to its features, but does not delete data or lose the granted permissions when it comes back.

In short

  • Custom roles with a list of permissions, separate for the agency and the client.
  • System roles protected against deletion and renaming.
  • Switching companies without logging out, with a full switch of context.
  • Activity log and security event log.
