A plan that knows the capacity of a day
Planning by eye ends the same way in every agency: on paper someone has fourteen hours of work on Wednesday. Yuteki counts daily capacity from working hours minus a buffer for meetings and breaks, and a task longer than one day spills over to the next working days. Public holidays, agency days off and absences are part of the calculation, so a day off does not vanish from the plan.
Plan and responsibility are one
Assigning a task in the planner also sets the assignee. There is no separate step of "now assign it in the task", so there are no tasks scheduled for someone who does not know about it. The backlog sits next to the calendar: you can see what is waiting and what can still fit into the week before you promise the client a date.
