Module: Clients

Client portal

The client submits requests and follows progress in a separate view - and, with the right modules, approves proposals and settlements there.

This area comes with a module you switch on when you need it.

Fewer emails asking "where do we stand"

The client logs into their own view and checks for themselves what is in progress, what is waiting and what has been done. They submit a new request where they see the previous ones, so nothing gets lost in an email thread with four people in copy.

They see their own matter, not your workshop

The portal is a separate context, not the same screen with hidden columns. The internal note on a task, the team's rates, other clients' matters - all of that stays on the agency side. Permissions are enforced by the same mechanism that separates roles in the team.

In short

  • Requests submitted by the client straight to the team's list.
  • Progress overview, comments and files on the matter.
  • A calendar with the schedule of the client's tasks - dates only, without hours or internal data.
  • Approval of proposals and settlements - with the Proposals and Client settlements modules.
  • Internal notes and team data invisible to the client.
  • With the AI assistant module: the assistant covers only the clients you include, one by one.
  • With the AI assistant module: in the channel shared with the client, @AI answers questions about that client's tasks.
