Three models, because that is what contracts look like
Hardly any agency bills all its clients the same way. One pays for hours, another buys a package, a third has a fixed retainer with a scope. Yuteki handles all three models side by side, so there is no need to bend the contract to the tool or keep a second record in a spreadsheet.
An hour package that keeps track of itself
A package with rollover carries unused hours over to the next month and counts overtime separately, at an agreed rate. The balance is visible as you go - both you and the client know how much is left before the month ends. That cuts off the most common argument in this model: "I thought I still had some".
A breakdown instead of a discussion
The settlement is built from completed tasks and their estimates in the agreed model, not from a summary written by hand. In their portal the client gets the same breakdown you see: what was done, how many hours, what amount. They can approve it there, and the settlement records who did it and when.
