Build the proposal from sections and price lines and send the client a link. They accept or reject it without logging in, and an accepted proposal turns into tasks - or into a whole project with the Projects module.

Files next to the work

Briefs, mockups, revisions and contracts stay on the task and in the project drive instead of in email threads. A file can be shared through a link with a password and an expiry date.

Know whether the project pays off

Logged hours are compared with the project budget, and with employee settlements the cost of the team is counted too. You see which kinds of projects earn money and which ones only keep the team busy.
