Consultancies and professional services

Work billed by the hour or by a monthly retainer, with every client seeing their own matters and nothing else.

Every task assigned to a client

Consultants, accountants and lawyers sell time. In Yuteki every task belongs to a client and carries the time agreed for it, so the monthly settlement is built from the tasks of the month instead of from memory and notes, and the time recorded on them shows how much work they really took.

The client sees only their own matters

Each client gets their own portal with their tasks, files and settlements. They have no access to other clients, to internal notes or to the rates of your team, and you decide which of your people work on which client.

Retainers, packages and hourly rates

Bill a fixed monthly retainer, an hour package with carry-over or every hour separately, net or gross, in the currency of the client. The client accepts the settlement in their portal.

In short

  • Time tracking on the task, next to the time agreed with the client.
  • Retainers, hour packages and hourly billing in the client's currency.
  • A client portal with requests, files and settlements of that client only.
  • More than fifty permissions to decide who sees what.
  • Reports on the time of each person and each client.
