Creative and marketing agencies

A dozen clients, each on different terms. Yuteki keeps their requests, the hours spent on them and the settlements in one place.

Every client on their own terms

One client buys an hour package, another pays a fixed monthly retainer, a third is billed for every hour. Yuteki settles each of them in their own model and currency, carries unused package hours over to the next month and shows how many hours a client has left before the team starts the work.

Requests that do not get lost

The client submits a request in their portal instead of sending an email to one person. It lands on the team list as a task with a deadline, an assignee and a reviewer. The client follows progress on their side, and the agency keeps internal notes the client never sees.

From tasks to an invoice without a spreadsheet

At the end of the month the client's tasks arrange themselves into a settlement in the agreed model, priced from their estimates, and the client accepts it in the portal with the same breakdown the team sees. The time measured on the task shows next to it how much the work really took.
