Free for one person or a small team
The free account covers up to 3 people, with tasks, the kanban board, time tracking, the planner, chat and the drive. A freelancer or a contractor working on a B2B contract can plan and track all their work in it without paying anything. Keeping clients apart, each with their own portal and statuses, takes the Clients module.
Hours you can show the client
Record time on the task with a timer or by hand. Each entry belongs to its task, so at the end of the month you know where the hours went and can show it. With the Clients module the tasks are kept per client.
Settlements and proposals when you grow
When you want to send proposals the client accepts online, or settlements built from hour packages and retainers, switch on the module you need. Nothing else changes - the tasks and hours you already have stay where they are.
